Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Analyst on our team, you’ll work in cross-functional teams of typically 2 – 4, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement, and responsible for contributing on all aspects of the project.

You will assist in organizing and conducting client interviews and workshops to gather and analyze information, document areas of organizational challenges, respective business processes, and requirements. Based on the requirements, you will assist with formulating and testing solutions, developing and communicating recommendations, and assist with any training activities.

You will leverage our project methodology, proprietary solutions and software, and industry best practices in solving the challenges. As the project progresses, you will manage upwards to managers and senior members of the firm.

Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Consultant, you will work in cross-functional teams of typically 2 – 4, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement, and typically owning a work stream as a Subject Matter Expert within a project.

You will organize and conduct client interviews and workshops to gather and analyze information, document areas of organizational challenges, respective business processes, and requirements. You will be responsible for all deliverables within your workstream, including formulating and testing solutions, developing and communicating recommendations, and assisting with any training activities.

You’ll also have the opportunity to present and implement recommendations and solutions for the client. You will leverage our project methodology, proprietary solutions and software, industry best practices, and subject matter expertise in solving clients’ business challenges.

As the project progresses, you will manage upwards to managers and senior members of the firm.

Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Manager, you will lead client engagement teams that comprises typically 2 – 4 consultants and responsible for delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.

Leveraging our project methodology, proprietary solutions and software, and industry best practices, you will manage the entire lifecycle of the engagement. As the project progresses, you will manage upwards to senior client executives as well as senior members of the firm.

In support of our business development activities, you will contribute to scoping new engagements, providing responses to RFIs and RFPs, and finalizing SOWs.

Principal

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Principal, you will oversee a portfolio of client engagements while working closely with their senior executives to ensure that we are delivering solutions that support their desired business outcomes.

You will demonstrate thought leadership and promote industry best practices within a defined Solution area or Industry segment and support our marketing activities by authoring valuable content for our existing and prospective clients.

As an integral part of our business development efforts, you will assist in defining new client engagements and lead the proposal process, including project scoping SOWs, RFIs, and RFPs.

You will play an active role in developing the consulting practice at Xceede, by participating in recruiting activities and act as a mentor to junior team members.
